Christmas Countdown Calendar Box
The client just give us the outline and where to put the 24pc small drawer boxes.
After discuss with our team,we had decided to use thin cardboard make "hole".And the hole will hold the small drawer box.And then use a CCNB board to cover the holes.In this way,the surface of inner box is smooth.It looks good.
The next problem is the "windows".You can see there are 14 windows on the two doors.And the left side is different from right side.The we had made a bold decision,use the same size film as the door.In this way,you will not see the film after glue it.
After we had confirmed all details,we will make white samples to out client.After they approval the white sample,we will send the dieline.And they will make design on it.The next is make printed sample
The client was satisfied with all the steps and details.We had get the order.
Of course,the design include CMYK and PMS color.And there are gold foil stamping,emboss and spot UV.We can provide all the crafts.And our handwork is good too.
